Stuffed Crust Pizza

Ever since the game changing pizza crust last week, Dayv has been dreaming up pizza variations for him to indulge in.  Over the weekend he asked if I could try to make a stuffed crust.  It was quite a simple request, as my husband is quite a simple man.  Of course I said yes.

This is the first gluten-free pizza that is easy to handle and won't break apart.  I placed a thin row of shredded cheese about 1/4-1/2" inward and around the edge of the crust.  Then, I rolled the edges of the crust inward and evenly all the way around.  It was a success!  I used 365 canned pizza sauce, Teese mozzarella cheese, basil, and pizza spice to top the pizza.

I think I have to try out Richa's mac 'n' cheese topped pizza next ;)
