Ever wonder the difference between empathy and sympathy?  This adorable cartoon explains it perfectly.

I need this as a daily reminder.

I enjoyed the photographs in this article, showing fast food's false advertising.

I'm pretty sure this is the cutest thing in the entire universe.

This diy copper pipe wall hanging is definitely on my to-do list.

I'm obsessed with Katie's astral crown headband in this photo shoot and want one for myself.

Interesting survey on Facebook pet peeves.  Which one is yours?  Mine are vaguebooking and humble brag.

Photo was taken at Dayv's family Christmas brunch, the Saturday before Christmas in 2004.  It was our first Christmas together.  Nine years goes by fast!

Have a great weekend!

  4. What a sweet video. I've seen a lot of people sharing it and finally watched it after seeing you post it too. That's so true that what makes us feel better is connection. No one likes to have her feelings minimized, and by using "at least" ultimately that's what people are doing. It feels much better to be validated and recognized for our feelings.

That was also an interesting post about fast food! It's been so long since I've had fast food (for obvious reasons), I'd forgotten what the products ACTUALLY look like! That's a huge difference than the advertising, no doubt.
